Leaders for Writing with Multilingual Students
Maryland Writing Project teachers will share interactive strategies and activities for teaching writing that they have found effective with their multilingual students in K-5 classrooms. They will share ideas for integrating writing into the curriculum and modifying curriculum writing tasks to scaffold multilingual learners toward success.

Peer Writing Mentors to Support Els
This presentation hopes to increase the effectiveness and utility of peer feedback within writing, thus providing students with more ownership over their work and creating more student-centered classrooms.
